Self-service made to measure: Choose the style, enter your pet neck circumference and human wrist circumference, and we will handcraft the set. No crystal consultation is required before ordering.
Manual review only when needed: If a measurement looks unusual or the order note is unclear, we may email you before production.
Handmade after purchase: Please allow about one week before dispatch, then delivery time depends on the destination.
Safety note: Pet collars are decorative accessories. Do not use for tie-out, strong pulling, or unsupervised wear.
Measurement reference
Use a soft tape around the pet's neck at the collar position. Keep it close but not tight and allow 1-2 cm of comfort room.
- XS: 15-20 cm - kittens, puppies, mini dogs.
- S: 20-26 cm - adult cats and small dogs.
- M: 26-32 cm - medium dogs.
- L: 32-40 cm - large dogs.
- XL: 40-50 cm - extra-large dogs.
Natural crystal: every crystal bead has its own tone, texture, and internal pattern. Small differences are part of its natural beauty.
Care: wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid soaking, perfume, harsh sunlight, and heavy pulling.

お好きなスタイルを選び、必要な寸法を入力してください。HaloKin がセットを手作業で制作します。確認が必要な場合のみサポートから連絡します。

測り方
首輪を着ける位置にやわらかいメジャーを回します。きつく締めず、1-2 cmほど余裕を見てください。中間の場合は備考欄にゆとりのある着用感を記入してください。
天然クリスタルについて
天然クリスタルは一つひとつ色、模様、質感が少しずつ異なります。それぞれが一点ものの表情を持ちます。
受注制作
ご購入後に手作業で制作します。発送まで約1週間ほどお時間をいただきます。配送日数は商品を配送会社へ引き渡した後から始まります。
安全とお手入れ
ペットカラーは装飾用です。リードでの引っぱり、拘束、係留、目の届かない状態での着用には使用しないでください。クリスタルは柔らかい乾いた布でやさしく拭き、水濡れ、香水、強い日差し、強い引っぱりを避けてください。レザー調部分が湿った場合は自然乾燥させてください。
