Shipping Policy

HaloKin orders are handmade to order and fulfilled from China. Our store is registered in Malaysia, but our current production and outbound shipping workflow ships from China.
Handmade production time
Each HaloKin set is made after purchase. Please allow about one week before dispatch. This handmade production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery after dispatch
- Japan and South Korea: Standard tracked shipping, 6-10 business days, USD 6.90.
- United States and Canada: Standard tracked shipping, 8-15 business days, USD 9.90.
- Rest of world: International tracked shipping, 10-20 business days, USD 14.90.
Delivery estimates are counted after the order has been handmade, processed, and handed to the carrier. Actual delivery time may vary because of customs, carrier delays, address issues, weather, or local holidays.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send a tracking number by email after the order ships. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after dispatch.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees. Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to refund the shipping cost.
