Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with HaloKin. We want every customer to feel confident when choosing a matching crystal set for themselves and their pet.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn by pets, customized items, final sale items, gift cards, and damaged items caused by customer handling are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Contact us at freyhuang19@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges depend on item condition and availability.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
