Self-service ordering: choose a style, enter the required measurements, and we handcraft your set. Customer support only follows up if a measurement or address needs clarification.
Made to order: each set is handmade after purchase and usually ships about one week after the order is placed.

No crystal consultation is needed. The product page collects the measurements we need to make the pet collar and human bracelet.
1. Choose a style
Pick the HaloKin set that matches your pet and your look.
2. Enter measurements
Pet neck circumference and human wrist circumference are required before adding to cart.
3. We handcraft it
We make the set after purchase and only contact you if something in the order needs clarification.
How to measure your pet
- Wrap a soft tape around the neck at the collar position.
- Keep the tape close but not tight; allow 1-2 cm for comfort.
- Reference ranges: XS 15-20 cm, S 20-26 cm, M 26-32 cm, L 32-40 cm, XL 40-50 cm.
What customer support handles
- You do not need to ask us to recommend crystals before ordering.
- We review unusual measurements, unclear fit notes, address issues, and after-sales questions.
- For care: wipe crystals with a soft dry cloth and avoid soaking, perfume, direct sun, and heavy pulling.
